PAYMENTS

• Work will begin only after full payment has been completed.

• All prices are non-refundable once the work has started.

REVISIONS

• Unlimited revisions per stage (e.g., sketch, line art, coloring).

• Once a stage is approved and moved forward, previous stages can no longer be revised.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

• If you need the artwork by a specific date, please inform me beforehand.

• Rush orders will incur additional fees.

• I usually work on 2–3 commissions at a time, so please understand if progress takes time (up to a week after showing the sketch).

• Ghosting or taking several days to reply will delay your commission.

• Slots are not first-come, first-served I prioritize based on project scope and schedule.

REFERENCES & DETAILS

• Please provide clear references and detailed descriptions of your character(s).

• Additional descriptions or pose ideas are highly appreciated .

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

• Commercial use (game, book cover, music cover, Vtuber, promotional use, etc.) requires an additional +75% of the final price.

• For sellable merchandise, you must credit me properly.

• Please inform me clearly where and how you plan to use the commissioned artwork.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• I retain all rights to my artwork unless otherwise agreed.

• I have the right to post the commission on my social media, portfolio, or use it for self-promotion, unless you request otherwise.

• Do not use my art for AI training or NFT purposes.

• You may use the commissioned piece for personal use, streaming, and content creation, but not for profit or resale without my permission.

• Please credit me properly when posting the artwork.

• Do not claim my work as your own.

RIGHTS TO REFUSE

• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Additional character costs the same price (+ 100%).

There will be an additional fee for complicated character design, complex details and additional properties.

You will receive three files, with wm for social media use, PNG and JPEG with white background
